At Chem-Dry, we realise the needs of Commercial clients are different from those of Domestic customers and, therefore, we have set up a dedicated team to handle such insurance claims. Our Commercial Claims Manager, who oversees both the internal and external aspects of the department, is an ex-Loss Adjuster, ACII qualified and has over 15 years claims experience, and, therefore, understands the requirements of Policyholders, Claims Handlers, Brokers and Loss Adjusters.

Each Claim that comes into our Commercial Insurance Claims Team is individually assessed, before being allocated to the most suitable and appropriately qualified member of Approved Commercial Claims Operators Panel. Like all Chem-Dry's operatives, each member of the team is trained to the industry's highest standards to deal with restoration following fire and water damage. In addition to this however, to qualify to deal with Commercial Claims, each operator must undertake specific training courses to allow them to deal with the events that may face them in this arena.

Unique to Chem-Dry is the Concept ADS3000-an advanced drying system which allows us to reduce drying times by a factor of 5-10 times-on average that's 5 days rather than 5 weeks. We recognise that one of the biggest pressures in commercial claims handling is that of controlling and minimising the interruption to a business, and it is in such circumstances that the ADS3000 is most useful , be it in a retail unit, hotel, offices, warehouse or factory  premises.
